Anyone can submit project ideas to the hackathon, provided they fit within one of the four tracks. Project ideas that are deemed inappropriate may be removed from the list of teams, or may be asked to make adjustments.  If you are a non-technical person and would still like to help out either as a volunteer, code-researcher, or to help polish presentations can add their name and desire to the volunteer form.
